JCOG9104：局限期小细胞肺癌同步化放疗与序贯化放疗的比较

JCOG9104研究纳入231例局限期SCLC，随机接受同步放化疗或序贯化放疗，化疗方案采用EP方案，结果显示，同步放化疗组患者的中位总生存时间（overall survival，OS）为27.2个月，5年生存率为23.7%，序贯化放疗组患者的中位OS为19.7个月，5年生存率为18.3%。
