气腔内播散（STAS）：手术范围

肿瘤细胞在气道中的扩散（STAS）在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的发生率约为25%-40%。大量研究证实，对于早期NSCLC患者而言，STAS是术后预后较差的相关因素。
