lll In general, 4 cycles of initial systemic therapy (ie, with carboplatin or cisplatin) are administered prior to maintenance therapy. However, if patient is tolerating therapy well, consideration can be given to continue to 6 cycles.
mmm Sotorasib or adagrasib may be used after at least one line of therapy (or second-line and beyond), if no previous KRAS G12C-targeted therapy.
